Refund Policy for PoundPost
Effective Date: 01/09/2025
1. General Policy
All listing fees, featured upgrades, and bump-up payments are non-refundable once the service is activated.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered if:
– A technical error on our system prevents your listing from being published.
– You are charged in error (duplicate transaction).
3. Refund Requests
To request a refund under the exceptions above, contact support@poundpost.com within 7 days of purchase.
4. Payment Processing
Refunds (if approved) will be issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
