Subscription Terms
PoundPost offers optional monthly subscription plans that provide post credits for publishing listings on the platform.
Subscription Details
- Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis.
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Credits & Usage
- Subscription credits reset each billing cycle.
- Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
- Each post published using a credit remains live for 30 days.
Managing Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
- PoundPost cannot issue refunds for in-app purchases.
